Seller reviewI met Ray Chen at one of his open house showings. He was so personable that I felt like an instant friend. I was planning to hire another agent who had been selling units in my area. Instead I decided to hire Ray. He was was so attentive to my needs and so available to communicate when needed. He priced my unit perfectly to sell quickly. Ray has been perfect for me, helping me to do it in a way that will not stress me to a state of ill health again. Even though he has many other obligations, he has been extremely accessible.
