They faithfully stood by us as we set out on this trek, as we made decisions and later changed our minds, and when we finally settled on a home and closed, Ray was there to make sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. I originally called in from out of state and spoke with Kathi Pirolo. She was very knowledgable and most helpful. She listened to my wants and needs carefully, spent a good deal of time giving me an overview of the city and then provided some good recommendations based on our situation. Upon moving to Albuquerque I met with both Kathi and Ray Pirolo at their office and I immediately felt very comfortable with them. They were very friendly and kind and genuine and it was an easy decision to work with them. We were not easy clients because we had a lot of special needs due to some medical conditions. Ray was very patient and understanding about all the various details that were important to us. He guided us through the entire process, explaining everything thoroughly, which made things very easy and enjoyable for us. Nothing was ever a problem for him. Ray has a very positive and upbeat "can-do" outlook on things, which was a real pleasure. Additionally, his calm nature defused the situation when things became intense. He's very professional, and we appreciated that a lot. Both Ray and Kathi were really good to us. They feel like family and we love them! Everyone we dealt with in the Century 21 office was a pleasure! We were very satisfied with our overall experience at Century 21. We will definitely work with Ray and Kathi Pirolo again when selling and buying another home.
