We chose Ray Stearns because our daughter had used Ray a couple times in the past for the sale and purchase of several properties. He did an excellent job for them. He knows his business in a professional and personal way. Ray didn't make a lot of money off our purchase, but treated it as if it were a million dollar transaction. He spent half a day helping me locate lot pins for my benefit, promptly returned phone calls and texts from me and answered every question I had for him. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone and will use Ray again myself if needed in the future.
