When we first met Ray he greeted us warmly and then quickly 'got down to business.' We appreciated this because our time for viewing the property was limited. We were very impressed with his knowledge and excellent listening skills, which gave us the space to reflect on details about the property and to ask follow-up questions. Ray helped us to see the property as the one that best fit our needs.
