Having lived in Southwest Michigan most of my life, I am familiar with the area and all it has to offer regarding your real estate needs and lifestyle goals. My professional experience routinely reveals new avenues and ventures as I meet the needs of my clients. I enjoy all the unique and varied housing in the area and the challenge of closing the deal. Southwest Michigan is a great place to live, work and play. The beaches and state parks are some of the best features of our area. I love sailing on Lake Michigan, hiking the trails of Grand Mere State Park, and kayaking and fishing our beautiful inland lakes and rivers.

Buyer reviewRebecca has been a great help with my first home purchase. I had no clue of what I was doing or what type of mortgages were available. She took the time to help me with my lender and understand what I could afford. I was very picky on what I was looking for and had Rebecca show us a few houses. She was very patient and informative. I never felt rushed or pressured. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. When we found the house I had to have Rebecca got right to work. I was not the only one wanting to purchase the home and we both capped off at the same price. Rebecca was persistent and got the sellers to look my way. The house is mine now and if I ever want to purchase another home I'll be calling Rebecca Wood.

Seller reviewI witnessed Rebecca's services over several months as she was working with my son on the eventual purchase of his first house. She was professional, kind, insightful, reliant, and helpful in finding his forever home. These were the same attributes that I was looking for in selling my mothers estate. This sale was slightly complicated because of multiple family members also involved with ownership of the house. However, Rebecca was able to consider everyone's concerns and eleviate any type of anxiety by my family members by being upfront and truthful. Her knowledge and past experience on listing properties showed thru all the way to a most acceptable conclusion where everyone walked away truly satisfied. Thanks Rebecca, you're the greatest!

Buyer reviewRebecca took note of all my desires and kept a watchful eye out for properties that met my desires. She was always very open scheduling wise and could be available to view properties almost any day I asked. Once we got to the property, she never tried to push me into wanting to put an offer in quick so that she could get paid. She actually did the complete opposite, she was very thorough and would point out things about properties that maybe I hadn't thought of. She preferred that I sleep on it before putting in any offers to make sure I reallly wanted the property. I worked with Rebecca for 10 months, mostly because I had very specific things I was looking for and because all the good houses would go under contract after just a few days on the market. I would not have chosen any other realtor if I had to do it over again and I will suggest her services to all of my friends.

She considered all of the qualities that I was seaching for in a home and asked questions to fine-tune which properties I would be more interested in than others. We viewed several properties together, and for each one Rebecca was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and surrounding amenities as well as the properties themselves. She supplied informative packets for each home so that I could do more research on my own time, as well. I will definitely recommend Rebecca to anyone in seach of a home or property and deeply appreciate her services.

I was looking through homes, saw her picture and immediately knew who my realtor was going to be! This was my first time buying a home and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. She will be honest with you, and always available for anything you need or any questions you have. She was great! I told her what I needed and the price range I was looking at and she gave me exactly that. Knows the area very well, was spot on on price points of various things, and literally took care of everything. All I had to do was sign my name to things. She made it easy to purchase a home!
