Buyer reviewReed was incredible to work with. Very responsive, and truly understood what we were looking for in a home/property. He even went above and beyond digging in to quickly find us answers on questions and concerns we had with certain properties. When we did finally find the right property Reed was excellent at negotiating for us, and even got us closed under list price and appraised value (not easy in this market)! Overall the whole experience from start to finish was smooth and easy, including helping us list and sell our previous home.

Seller reviewSince we were 4 hours from the property, we relied on Reed for many things. He was always ready to help! He understood our situation and mixed feeling about selling the property, it was owned by our family since 1987. The negotiations were challenging but he got it to the closing table supporting all of our decisions! Although, I am sure some of the conversations with the other agent were not pleasant, he kept it positive when passing along details! Received his flyer through regular mail - some times the old fashion way works!!!
