I grew up in Mississippi but have been a Florida resident since 1997. I am a licensed real estate Broker Associate and have had my real estate license since 2005. Florida's sunny days and warm weather are some of the things that attracted me here as well as being just 1 1/2 hours from either coast. One of the beauties of living here is that our sunrises and sunsets are different everyday-truly beautiful! My husband and I along with my two teenagers enjoy the convenience of everything here. You can enjoy the weather almost year round.
I enjoy getting to meet people and in 2018 I was blessed to be able to help sell 80 homes, and in 2019 I was blessed to help sell 90 homes, in 2020 I was blessed to sell 105 homes, in 2021 I was blessed to sell 119 homes, in 2022 I was blessed to sell 93 homes. I attend education classes yearly and continually keep updated with ways to better serve my customers. I am "Committed to Results" is my mission statement! A few of the designations I currently hold are: Certified International Property Specialist, Second Home Property Specialist. I am also a Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider).

Seller reviewThe other realtors did not think this property needed the 3D viewing. Regina said it would be better to have it, and she made it look awesome. Regina got a professional photographer to make this and the still photos look awesome, but also did an aerial view with a remote control flying helicopter! Her suggestions on what to do and what not to do to get the property ready for sale were spot-on! Thank you Regina.

In addition, this was the sale of our father's out-of-state home and property after his unexpected death. Regina Rodriguez overwhelmed us with her knowledge, confidence, excitement, professionalism, strategy, thoroughness, patience through many issues that arose with the property and buyer challenges, and her personal touch and interest in securing a solid buyer for our property. Her excited in listing the property far exceeded the other agents we interviewed, with her seeing the potential in an aged property. It was contagious and motivating to us, especially when her listing price exceeded the others by 25%...and we accepted a full-price offer! In addition, Regina went out of her way to provide us with not only reliable, professional referrals for projects inside and outside, but she arranged for jobs to be completed with a simple request from us, since we live out of state.
