Buyer reviewRenae guided us through every step of the process and did so effectively and professionally. We knew we were in the best of hands with Renae and did not have to worry about the details. She anticipated our questions before we asked them and she had the accurate answers. If we ever move again (which isn't likely since moving isn't fun!) Renae would be our first call!

Buyer reviewNever having purchased a property before, It was important that I had an agent who could guide me through the process. Renae asked a lot of questions about the type of property I was looking for, and encouraged me to be patient in my search for my dream location. I was tempted to put offers in on properties that didn't truly suit my needs because I was impatient and discouraged about whether I would ever find the perfect one. She told me "be patient, don't try to fit a square peg into a round hole, wait until the perfect property presents itself". And she was right! I did find the perfect property and I'm so glad she was conscientious enough to want me to be 100% happy with my purchase. Renae made to whole purchasing process as stress free as possible. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. She even helped me save money by referring me to new mortgage lenders when the quote I got from my own back seemed unreasonably high. She also suggested I get several insurance quotes for comparison. All in all these recommendations ended up saving me about $6000. I highly recommend Renae to anyone looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and committed realtor.
