Seller reviewMy late father chose Renee Baird as his agent before his death when he had been considering moving. Renee knew him, the house, and the area extremely well. She helped guide me through a difficult time, giving advice on how to present the house and she was instrumental in helping me get needed repairs done. She was prompt in contacting me about anything that came up regarding offers or repairs being done and extremely thorough. I can't imagine having a better person to help me sell my late father's house and her help made a potentially difficult task much, much easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for buying or selling a home. I can't say enough positive about Renee Baird - she made this entire process much easier than it might have been!
