I was impressed with Renee Buchanan at our first meeting. She was so warm and friendly while explaining how she and Judge Fite would work together to sell my home. As a first time seller, I didn't know much about the process but Renee explained each step along the way and she was always available to me, night or day. Hannah Horton is a sweetheart. She is just getting started in the business and is learning from a very experienced realtor, her mom.

Hannah worked very hard to help us find homes in this crazy real estate environment. Even when we would have a list of homes lined up to visit and we would suddenly learn that 2-3 of them were already coming under contract, she would help us find new options. She did not try to push us up into a price point beyond the limit we set, which is very refreshing.

She is very outgoing and enthusiastic. Was never too tired or unwilling to go the extra mile, even as she was at the very end of her pregnancy. (She actually delivered her baby about a week before our closing....so she was VERY pregnant during our home search.)

Yet she never complained about the heat, the long days, the frustrations, etc. Since she is so new, she was always willing to discuss things with her colleagues and broker when she wasn't sure of the correct answer or proper procedure.

She has the proper temperament to be an excellent realtor. She's being trained well and is eager to learn more about the complex world of real estate. I'm very happy that we got to be her very first sale.

Michelle Sherman is professional, accessible, and sold our home in 2 weeks! And to be honest, our home was old (1970 build) and needed some upgrades (which we didn't do). Still, Michelle got top dollar for our home and even went ABOVE AND BEYOND by helping us schedule companies for needed repairs before closing. We moved out of state before our home closed and Michelle scheduled and met workers, looked over repairs, and did a final walk through all without even being there! Michelle Sherman was an absolute joy to work with. Trying to purchase a home while still living cross country has it's challenges, but she handled our stressful home hunt with so much professionalism and sensitivity. I remember trips I took to Texas with one or both of my babies (ages 8 months and 2 years) where she helped me juggle diaper changes or negotiating with a toddler, all while trying to showcase the features and benefits of each home we toured. She was so patient and helpful and made me and my family feel welcome in Texas from the beginning.

To minimize the need for multiple stressful visits, she was willing to tour the homes on her own, take dozens of photos and videos, and provided us with thorough lists of pros and cons to each property (taking into account our long list of needs and wants). She has a very strong market knowledge of the area in which we were looking (Southlake and Colleyville) and it really helps to have an expert you can trust when you're making a large financial and emotional commitment in an area you know very little about. Her strong relationships and reputation in the area make her an buying agent that selling agents want to work with (which in our case was a huge help) and I'm sure the reverse is true too.
