Renee from the start was excellent to work with - she made this entire process much less stressful once I realized how much more complex selling AND purchasing can be. Renee always kept us updated on the latest information, explained her tactics for the purchase and sale, and was always available for questions. Not once did we feel that she had anything but our best interest in mind - I know she had to have been busy with other clients but it never felt that way when we worked with her on the many various tasks. I cannot recommend Renee Spurgeon enough, all of our friends and family heard about her for months while we went through viewing, purchasing, selling, etc. Another thing that makes her stand out is her resourcefulness - she either has a guy, knows who will know, or jumps right in and helps. Finally, she does what she says she will do, when she says she will do it. There are not enough "thank yous" to convey how grateful we are for Renee in being our realtor.
