Hello! I would like to introduce myself and my capacity to sign on to become your go to gal for selling and purchase of your home, land or commercial properties in the beautiful Black Hills!
I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005. Originally licensed in California. I signed on to work for one of the TOP producing brokers in Southern California, Century 21 Award; I learned a lot working there with some amazing people. I was a graduate of their own onboarding school after obtaining my licensure with the state. I have only hung my license with the Century 21 Brand! I am a believer of the brand! Did you know upon uploading a new listing onto our Century 21 upline my listings are immediately distributed to over 170 websites with our syndicated Listings Program!
Upon joining Century 21 Stevens and Associates, Inc in 2020 our sleepy little towns market has taken a HUGE influx of sales and I will tell you my history in Southern California has made the fast paced action like slipping into an old shoe for me.
My first full year here in Hot Springs I was awarded a Masters Ruby award for production and Emerald level's award and on my way to achieving the Diamond level. I currently sit as ranked 4th in the state of TOP PRODUCERS for Century 21!
I like to say I came to Hot Springs as quickly as I could! My husband and I moved here with our 5 children and have been in love with the Southern Black Hills since! We look forward to many more years home, in Hot Springs! In addition to Real Estate, I own and operate a local Salon & Spa where I am an esthetician, nail technician and permanent makeup artist. The salon brings me to having a vast networking range with my real estate career.

Seller reviewSo how do I say this? Would I ever allow Resa to represent me or help me sell a property or buy a property. I'll let you decide based on how I met Resa. Earlier this year, my father suddenly passed away. The first person that called me after his passing was confirmed was Resa. She of course was first to send her condolences but she understood that I was half a country away, and I didn't live in South Dakota. As she had access to the house, she and her husband picked up the keys to my father's car and brought it an hour away to the airport so that it would be there when I arrived on my flight On top of that, she immediately did everything in her power to assist me with anything that I needed during a time that emotionally was extremely difficult. You can probably find really good realtors out there and some of them are gonna come a lot cheaper they may be given you exactly what you're asking for. But let me tell you if you want somebody that's gonna be beside you through thick and thin

She never hesitated to ask questions for us about our new home, she also pointed out details I wouldn't of even thought of. She made sure we were getting a nice home and made sure the contractors finished what they agreed to. She also answered my questions at all hours, and was very helpful throughout the whole process.
