Reuben is extremely thorough. Crosses all his T's and dots all his I's. He was great at communicating and brought up many options or scenarios to consider when buying our new home and getting our old home ready to sell. We couldn't ask for a better process start to finish.

I was a first time homebuyer who was very nervous about the homebuying process. I looked into other realtors before Reuben, but none of them were as responsive to my initial inquiry as Reuben was! Reuben made the entire homebuying process E-A-S-Y! He explained everything precisely and in easy-to-understand terms, and was more than willing to answer the million questions that arose during the process. His responsiveness was insane--his ability to get me a showing the same day my house was listed is ultimately what allowed me to get a competitive offer in early! He was very thoughtful about forming an offer that was both attractive to the seller and within my means. Reuben was extremely personable, a great source of information, and on top of every part of the homebuying process. I never had to worry things weren't being completed in a timely manner--he was always ahead of the game! He was great at working with not only me but my lender and the seller's agent. I would recommend Reuben to anyone looking for a realtor and if I had to do it again, I'd pick Reuben every time!
