Right from our very first contact, Rhonda was communicative, professional, proactive, organized, and on top of everything that needed to happen. I never had any issues trying to reach her nor getting answers on questions. She provided helpful information before I even asked! Buyer reviewWe stared this journey February of 2023. We tried three other realtors who were not responsive to our needs, in both Va and MD, and Delaware. Rhonda was suggested to us by a family friend. She asked the right questions and assured us that she would help us find the place that fit our needs. Even though we had a few challenges, Rhonda persevered and found the perfect property in December 2023. Our goal was to be within 30-45 minutes from a beach. Her attention to detail, and research of procedures were excellent and that attention to detail led us to the location that will be perfect for our retirement home. Rhonda, always responded to texts and calls and offered her expertise in successfully completing our purchase of land. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone interested in finding that perfect place, whether it be land or home. Thanks so much

Buyer reviewPer your agency, Rhonda met my husband and I at a property in Dover DE. and then she took us to a couple others to no avail. We told her that we didn't want to take up all her time, but we were still going to check out some new builds at which she stated, you're still going to need a realtor. We said you are correct and she represented us as we look at new builds. Our search took us from Dover to Lewses and she was fine with that. We did find a new community that we thought we wanted to settle in but Rhonda did her due diligence while we were home and found another builder that she thought would be a good idea to look into. We thanked her for not letting us settle for the first builder we saw. She communicated with us constantly, answering all of our questions and finding out information that she knew we would need to know. We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends. She's not only our realtor but now our friend. Rhonda Ruffins's professionalism gets a Gold Star ?
