With a new product there is always a learning curve and Richard picked it up and ran with it! It was such a pleasure to work with him to help our clients and I truly hope I have another chance to help him help others! Seller reviewRichard was very professional in handling all of the procedures of the selling process. He had a yard sign in our house as soon as we told him we were committed to selling the home. This is the main reason the home sold so quick. We had people wanting to make us an offer before we put the home on MLS. Richard navigated all of the offers and interest very professionally. When we had a serious buyer he knew when to show they house (even though we had not finished all of our preparation). We were able to sell the house without doing half of the things we thought we would have to do! Thanks Richard!
