Seller reviewRichard was such a great person to work with in this experience. Not only was he responsive, he was extremely helpful in the transition process of selling our home from beginning to end. When my husband and I met with Richard for the first time, he was prompt, professional, and his biggest seller for us was his knowledge and confidence in selling our home in the market. Not only did he do what he said he would, he exceeded our expectations. Our home has been sitting on the market for months before we were introduced (because he reached out to us), and within the first week of him listing our home the traffic we had, to see our home, was astronomically increased and before we knew it, we were under contract. Seller reviewRichard contacted me after I took the property off the market because the realtor could not give me a plan on what they were going to do to market my property other than put a sign in the yard and list in on MLS. Richard put a plan in place to work every channel and executed the plan superbly. I strongly recommend Richard if you want the best realtor working your listing.
