I found his name when looking for rentals, called and he sounded reassuring and knowledgeable about the area. I asked him why he was posting an ad for a rental and he said he was "helping a friend out" and that is what sold me. A friend had suggested I try his agent and when I contacted her, she seemed too busy and I knew I wouldn't be her priority, so I went with Rick because I knew he would prioritize me!
I needed a house fast, I needed an exceptionally speedy process and it needed to happen through Christmas and the New Year. This team had to work with all of those time constraints, they were willing to move at the pace that my relocation to Ft. Benning demanded. I put the offer in on 15 December 2018 and I wanted to close on 4 January 2019 and the team delivered, we all sat down at the table together at closing without a single issue.
