Being a military and now civil service family, we are mobile and often require expert Real Estate services to buy and sell the homes we live in and make our own for the time we are assigned to a given location. Rick handled the sale of my mother-in-law's house. We live across the country and Rick was incredibly helpful in sourcing the necessary inspections (termite/septic/pool). He went above and beyond to help us brainstorm the best and most cost-effective strategy for dealing with a home with some disrepair. It was refreshing to work with someone who was undaunted by the task and didn't simply ask us to remodel the home to make selling it easier. We had a fair amount of bumps with the buyer's lender and Rick applied the right amount of pressure at the right time to keep the process moving forward. I don't know how we could have got this sale done from a distance without Rick's help.

Rick Gonzalez is the only realtor we would use if we were purchasing in this area again. He's hardworking and honest and was able to find the best house for us when we purchased. Fast forward three years and we're ready to sell and he's the only choice we can make. He gave us great advice and recommended certain things which netted us a fantastic profit on a home we only owned for three years. Rick was always polite and friendly. He always made himself available and was very helpful in the process. Rick is a very trustworthy person and you know that because of how honest he is about the houses, contracts, etc. He was very quick throughout the whole process and was able to explain everything that was going on. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and made sure I knew that he was available to answer any questions or go over information that I needed!

I found his name when looking for rentals, called and he sounded reassuring and knowledgeable about the area. I asked him why he was posting an ad for a rental and he said he was "helping a friend out" and that is what sold me. A friend had suggested I try his agent and when I contacted her, she seemed too busy and I knew I wouldn't be her priority, so I went with Rick because I knew he would prioritize me! I needed a house fast, I needed an exceptionally speedy process and it needed to happen through Christmas and the New Year. This team had to work with all of those time constraints, they were willing to move at the pace that my relocation to Ft. Benning demanded. I put the offer in on 15 December 2018 and I wanted to close on 4 January 2019 and the team delivered, we all sat down at the table together at closing without a single issue. Great experience!!
