Seller reviewThese days realtors are a dime a dozen and alot of them are lazy and unprofessional. Rita is the exception and by far is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. This is the second time I have used her and the results she has achieved for me have been amazing. The first time I used Rita 11 years ago to buy a house she was tenacious is negotiating on my behalf with the builder and got him to come down $20,000 in price The most recent time I used Rita for selling my home, she was instrumental in lining up all the contractors I needed to fix up my home and prep it for sale, probably saving me 2 months of time to get it on the market. Rita is super hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable, responsive and always accessible by phone or text, and pleasant to work with (traits needed to last 30+ years in the business). I would highly recommend her!
