Ritu Kher was born and raised in New Delhi India and moved to the US with her family in the mid nineties. Settled in Northern Virginia for over 18 years, she is well versed with the area and loves to call it home. She is a proud mother of two beautiful children, Anika and Abhiraj and lives in the serene town of Clifton. Having started her own retail business in 1997, she understands all facets of entrepreneurship. Her excellent customer service is one of her strongest assets and that has helped her build many successful businesses over the years. Ritu believed that the biggest differences lie in the smallest details and that is what sets her apart from her peers. She has families over the last three years with their real estate needs and generated business in excess of 50 million in sales. She has recently started investing in multi family units and enjoys the investment aspect of real estate. Ritu loves the outdoors and enjoys yoga. Being a soccer mom is one of the things she enjoys very much and watching her kids grow on and off the field has perhaps been one of the most fulfilling feelings for her.

How she took over the the project like it was her own family, setting everything and communicating with my tenants about the sales and communicating with us in every steps. I admire her enthusiasm and kindness. Love her connections to the community which helped the sale more faster and I was so amazed how she was able to get sale done within the first open house. That was amazing and a work of a very hard and dedicated personal. My family and I absolutely lover her so much, I am and will be in contact with her all the time and our future real state needs.

Buyer reviewRitu was great. She didn't just "do the job," she went out of her way to make my mom feel comfortable during the entire process. I the buyer's son. I did most of the paperwork on behalf of my mom who's hearing impaired and English is a second language. Ritu was thorough, professional, and dedicated to moving the process along. If I had questions, she had answers. She was great. One of my biggest concerns was finding an agent to represent my mom and not putting self-interest ahead of her needs or financial limits. Ritu was great. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
