My husband and I found Rob Brown by chance and I'm so glad we did! He was highly knowledgeable about the area we were looking at and was very patient with the whole process. It took a lot longer to purchase this property than we thought, but Rob covered us in the fact that he went to bat for us with this property and it ended up I believe in our favor. He actually went over and above to help us achieve the final agreements! We can't thank him enough.

We met Rob Brown driving by a property he was showing back when buying our first home was just a dream. He made a quick phone call and was able to show us around. He shared his knowledge about first time home buying and just like that he made us feel like our dream could become a reality. We knew we found the realtor to guide us through our home buying journey. Over a year later on day one of meeting with Rob we knew we made the right choice! He was so patient, knowledgable and efficient. We found a home we loved and Rob put together a offer that fit our needs adding things we didn't even know were options. We went threw so many hurdles and thought that we might be late on closing but Rob worked his magic and made it happen! Rob was very excited to work with us! Even came out in the snow to look at the house and took drone video and got acquainted... Rob stuck with the original game plan and my wife and I took on the task of getting the house ready... It was quite the adventure.. with challenges coming up along the way. Snow, cold and rain delays, along with a broken foot, and hernia surgery... we persevered, Rob reassuring us along the way. The house went into escrow in eight days with a 30 day closing time line. Rob was very good at communicating next steps along the way...had meet the Appraisar and reassured us about the selling price. Negotiated a deal with the buyers while involving us with the steps. It was quite tedious, but we all got it done. Thank you Rob. Rob was very knowledgeable, and confident, and always had reassuring words when things got tough. I would highly recommend Rob if you're looking to sell or buy a home.
