Seller reviewWe expected it would take at the least 3-4 weeks to get a good offer. Rob had a good offer for us in 4 days! There was a minimum of negotiation regarding required roof repair. Rob worked well to reach a fair negotiation figure. Some problems we had expected to show up, but Rob was able to keep them from being an issue, to our financial benefit. And Rob was always, always easy to reach and communicate with, and was able to calm many anxieties. He was an excellent agent for us. We were very blessed to have Rob serve us.
