Seller reviewMy brother in law is a real estate agent in SW Virginia- He asked around to find an effective agent in Tennessee and was referred to Mr Branum to sell our property. We live in a time zone 4 hours earlier than Tennessee. Mr Branum kept track of that during our dealings. Phone calls were succinct and to the point-just the way I like it. Everything went very smoothly, we were kept informed and all administrative matters were handled with calm, supportive efficiency. Knowledgable, approachable, effective --he got the job done ! Will definitely contact him again if we ever have real estate dealings in this area again.
