Our house was on the market the year previously and we were with another agency. We took the house off the market. Robert Perriello regularly contacted us and suggested we meet. At that time, we were on the fence about listing our house again. Some months later, we did have a meeting. We found Robert to be extremely professional, but not stiff and showy. He really makes a person feel that he can be trusted. We were very pleased with our experience with him, and recommend him highly to any prospective sellers or buyers. He is the best!

Robert Perriello was nothing short of outstanding! Professional to the extreme! Beyond attentive, supportive and helpful. I can say without any doubt that Robert went out of his way to make the entire process very smooth and to make me comfortable with it, getting back to me on a timeless manner, and I must mention here that he did so even out of his work hours! More than once!! Buying a house was not an easy task, but I'm certain that it would not have happened, as quick and as efficiently if not for Robert. August 2017
I live in NYC and Robert accommodated all my schedule needs. From the first showing over a holiday weekend, he was there to help with everything. Answering all the questions I had, to spending an entire Saturday following inspectors around with me.
This was an unique situation. I saw the house online and I contacted the seller's agent directly. That was Robert. The house was sitting in the market for over two years. I believe Robert was the third or fourth agent to have the listing and he was the last one. What three or four other people, in the course of two years, were not able to do, Robert did in few months. Initially I was a bit concerned about only dealing with one agent, but I'm very glad I did. From the first conversation, Robert was extremely clear about his work ethics and he followed them flawlessly.
Throughout the entire process he walked me thru all my doubts and I cannot say this enough, I would not have purchase this house if it was not for Robert. He was honest! Very upfront! There were no surprises. There were no changes. Robert conducted himself and his business with the utmost level of professionalism, respect and efficiency. And the most important part of my experience with Robert is that he really cares, genuinely. He made the process very personal. He listened to everything I had to say and at no moment he was pushy or demanding. He was just there to help anyway he could.
Last, Robert is very knowledgeable of the area and he knows everyone. He is not only the best, but he works with the best. Being knew to the area, Robert was very helpful with recommendations. Inspectors, attorney, contractors, anyone I needed, Robert had it on speed dial. And so far, all the ones I have used were excellent.
Once again, Robert Perriello was nothing short of outstanding. I'm very grateful to have met and worked with Robert and I highly recommend him.

From the very start, Robert was a cut above the other realtors my wife and I met. We both came away impressed. Not because he assessed our home with the highest value, which he was spot on, but his game plan and expertise of market trends were that of a professional. He believed in our home from the start! Others were telling us not to expect much, but Robert knew differently. We sold our home the very first showing 5000 below asking price! Like any transaction, there were a few bumps to navigate over but Robert was there to assist, or just an ear to listen. Obviously we're very pleased with Robert and selling our home. Only complaint is that it happened so quickly our new home is still under construction and we needed temporary housing! At least we have the money to pay for it!

An agent from another brokerage had been working, without success, for more than 12 months to sell my home. I decided to try another agency and interviewed more than seven agents before settling with Robert Perriello and Century 21.October 2016
Most agents offered some sort of a marketing plan and most were standard, cookie cutter, type presentations. Robert's seemed to be more personalized and reflective of the special problems associated with selling this particular home. Finally, it was Robert's apparent "urge to close" attitude that convinced me to accept his proposal.
As an overall evaluation, Robert had a very positive and realistic approach toward the entire process and provided sound advice with regard to actions I, the seller, should or should not take to facilitate the sale. I enjoyed working with him and would definitely recommend his services to anyone interested in selling a home in the area.

Loved how everything was done online. No driving back and forth to sign documents. AMAZING communication, always available, looked in to any and all questions we had, provided excellent referrals.
I wish there was a higher rating than "excellent" for "patient". With everything the sellers put us through, Rob did a wonderful job of putting up with all of our phone calls, emails, freak outs, and issues and saved the deal.
