I recommend Robert Schmidt if you are looking to sell a property is in the Green Lake area. I owned an improved lot in the Green Lake area that sat with little activity for four years. Together Robert and I worked on a marketing plan and it sold in 6 weeks. I am very happy with his representation and performance. We have used several agents in purchasing homes and properties over the years, but Robert Schmidt was the best we have ever seen. His attention to detail, precise and timely communications, knowledge, and responsiveness have been exemplary. We purchased this home from a remote location and Robert was essentially our eyes and ears on the purchase and we are extremely happy with the service. Over the last several months, I have worked with Robert Schmidt to assist me selling six properties in an estate situation. Robert met with me in August 2016 to assess the properties showed me comparable prices for other similar properties that have sold in the area. I thought it was very helpful that Robert had extensive knowledge in the pricing of hunting land and farm land, as two of the properties were such. Every time we had a meeting or property closing, Robert is very courteous and was on time every time for any meetings. He also kept me in the loop as to any developments on the sale and/or closing of these properties. We hit a few bumps along the road regarding past property survey issues from many, many years ago (not his fault), but Robert got everything corrected and once again kept me advised of the situation. All six properties were sold in a very timely fashion....above my expectations.
I thank Robert for all of his help and would not hesitate returning to him if I were to purchase any property in the south central Wisconsin area, especially Green Lake, Marquette or Columbia County area.
