Buyer reviewI was introduced to Robert Schmidt when he was the agent for a house that my husband and I scheduled a showing at through Zillow. We didn't buy the house by Robert kept in contact with us and showed us a few other houses that were of interest. When the opportunity arose for our business to buy the building that we were renting in Berlin, I contacted Robert to see if he would put in an offer for us. We had gotten to briefly know him and felt that we could trust him. This purchase took many months longer than expected due to issues unforeseen to us. Robert Schmidt was patient and diligent in taking care of the numerous counter offers. We are grateful for his expertise and knowledge as we had never encountered a situation like this before.
