Explains things & paperwork as it may be a bit overwhelming for a first time home-buyer like myself & answers any questions that I have. He made the entire sale go smooth and without extra stress on us. Robert responded immediately when we contacted him and was VERY helpful in this extremely stressful situation. He did everything to make this go smooth and was very sensitive to my situation. I couldn't have asked for better help. Again, I cannot say enough about how well Robert handled the sale. As soon as he did anything, he was in contact with me keeping me up to day by phone and email. As fast as he could, we received all the information we needed. Seller reviewI recommend Robert Schmidt if you are looking to sell a property is in the Green Lake area. I owned an improved lot in the Green Lake area that sat with little activity for four years. Together Robert and I worked on a marketing plan and it sold in 6 weeks. I am very happy with his representation and performance. His understanding of the area and our highest potential buyers was very much a key to making the sale. Robert is very professional, courteous, and good at considering all the factors that go into making a sale. He is also a good communicator and makes himself available. This was especially important to me since I do not live in the area and everything had to be handled via phone, email and mail. I would use Robert again if I was making a property transaction in the area and I would recommend him to others

He is an active person in his community and always willing to be there to talk about real estate and offers to call anytime and he will help. Robert Schmidt & Tony Dolgner have been great representatives of Century 21 in the Markesan area for many years. I would not have chosen anyone else to work with in the area. The entire process was harmless and on the ball with no issues, exactly what the home buying process should be! You can't find better professionals in the Real Estate industry.
