Buyer reviewWe have used several agents in purchasing homes and properties over the years, but Robert Schmidt was the best we have ever seen. His attention to detail, precise and timely communications, knowledge, and responsiveness have been exemplary. We purchased this home from a remote location and Robert was essentially our eyes and ears on the purchase and we are extremely happy with the service. There we a few issues with the lending company which Robert immediately noticed and contacted them to be corrected. We really felt that he "had our backs" in this purchase. We not only feel that we could have called Robert to answer any question that we had on the sale of the property, but have been and will be able to call him to ask any question on the home and the area in the future.
