Seller reviewRobert Schmidt believes in life-time learning, which is a great quality in a person. He mentioned he will be taking some continuing education courses to enhance his knowledge base. This demonstates that he is devoted to his occupation and will take positive steps to improve his knowledge.

Seller reviewOver the last several months, I have worked with Robert Schmidt to assist me selling six properties in an estate situation. Robert met with me in August 2016 to assess the properties showed me comparable prices for other similar properties that have sold in the area. I thought it was very helpful that Robert had extensive knowledge in the pricing of hunting land and farm land, as two of the properties were such. Every time we had a meeting or property closing, Robert is very courteous and was on time every time for any meetings. He also kept me in the loop as to any developments on the sale and/or closing of these properties. We hit a few bumps along the road regarding past property survey issues from many, many years ago (not his fault), but Robert got everything corrected and once again kept me advised of the situation. All six properties were sold in a very timely fashion....above my expectations. I thank Robert for all of his help and would not hesitate returning to him if I were to purchase any property in the south central Wisconsin area, especially Green Lake, Marquette or Columbia County area.
