Seller reviewBob was a person who met my needs and was very helpful in ways that I would not expect. He went beyond the consideration of a Realtor and helped take a lot of pressure and stress off of me. He was very good at communicating and leading me along the entire way. The sale took about 3-4 months. But in my building some people have waited much longer. I was happy to sell so quickly. I left the area and Bob was great at helping with last minute things to do that I was not there in person to do. I would recommend him.

He is prompt with emails and keeps up with datelines in a manner that is not intrusive. This was gratefully appreciated. I always felt secure that I have someone backing my interests since that was mostly done long distance. In the future I will recommend Bob to others who are looking to relocate into the area.
