I 'adopted ' this young man as part of our family! He is a super person! ---- also a knowledgeable, professional, businessman. His use and understanding of the land survey and discussions about it was always appreciated. He attended a couple of community meetings regarding the land use near this property. This was extra hours over and above his normal business day. He spent extra time looking at the tax assessments, again over and above to look after my interests. He attended the closing of the sale. He offered suggestions for all my questions. Very helpful with every step of this listing and sale.
As in the saying about..."location, location, location" this property was not located in in the best part of the county. The area was compromised during the past few years by small business growth nearby. This home was built by my parents many years ago and this was the first time it sold except within our own family. While it was updated several times and in good repair, it was 60+ years old. Robert Strickland always worked with other agents to have a successful outcome in the sale of this home and land.
