And it tuned out to be spot on as the first offer was at full price within 2 weeks. That told us that we priced the house just right, thanks to Robin. Would definitley use Robin again.

We regard her not just as our agent, but as a dear friend. She has guided us through a number of difficult transactions and I consider her service "old school", i.e, her services go well beyond what is now required/expected in today's agent responsibilities. We couldn't imagine going through a realty transaction with any agent besides Robin!
