Buyer reviewRobin Shrader is a great realtor and I have already referred her to friends of mine. She also came to the closing and gave us a beautiful house warming basket which was much appreciated. Robin found us a home that wasn't listed yet and is one we probably wouldn't have looked at otherwise. She knew what we were looking for and found us a home that checked off many of our boxes. She is extremely professional and stayed on top of everything to make sure we closed on time. She continued to stay professional and patient when the listing agent didn't want to start the abstract or push her sellers to do radon mitigation in time for closing. Robin found a mitigation specialist to install the mitigation sooner for same price to ensure we closed on time which the listing agent did not do. Worked with Robin previously and knew she would work hard to find us a new home.

Buyer reviewI am an investor in the are and have used the same realtor for the last 8 years. I decided that I needed to make a change. This was not an easy decision to make as I had done over 100 transactions with the same realtor. The difference was immediate. She found me two investment properties for me to flip in the first couple of weeks that would not had been on my radar with my old realtor. I am in the middle of improving these properties now and Robin will be getting the listing when the work has been completed. Her attention to detail and professionalism is refreshing and I look forward to many transactions in the future. I would recommend her to family, friends or anybody looking to buy or sell a home.
