Seller reviewHe was from the area and a long time resident. He was a little older, more my age. He was very patient. He gave enough notice when interested buyers wanted to look at the property. There were times when, being my age, I was unable to vacate the house and he was very accommodating. He gave me advice on things to remove from view when potential buyers were coming. Roger also involved my children in the process to make sure all areas of the sale were understood by me. Roger sent e-mails, text messages and followed up with phone calls to make sure all details were understood. He did not waste time and was very professional. He always returned calls and messages very timely.
