Rolly knew right away how to sell a 100 year old house in a remote city with some structural issues that were critical to some potential buyers but not so critical for others. I really liked the way he handled the potential buyer's concerns, or lack thereof. I would recommend Rolly for all home sales but especially those in remote areas because he enjoys making the trip to show your home no matter where it's located.

It took my wife and I about two years of really searching to find a home that we could afford and finish the construction on our previous home. Rolly was very patient with us and never pressured us to sell our home for a quick sale or just to make money real fast like so many other Realtors tried to do. He never harassed us like a used car salesman has so many other realtors in this Valley try to do just to turn a quick buck. But when we called he was always there and available or had someone available to show us a house whatever we were interested. When we were ready to make a deal, he was right on it. In fact he even wrote an offer on a house that we ended up not getting on Christmas day for us. But we ended up with this phone I'm much better home and we are very thankful for all of his hard work and time. Five stars!!

We had been debating on selling our home for the last year. I contacted Rolly last summer, he came to our house. He went though our home and he gave us a list of things we needed to complete before we listed. November 2018
I really liked that Rolly brought in the other agents in the office, to walk through our house. He took the input from the other agents plus comps, and we settled on an asking price. We had multiple offers the next day, and negotiated a selling price slightly over asking price, within a couple of days. Very happy with the outcome. I was anxious to complete the sale before the elections, Rolly was very patient and understanding, between Rolly and his assistant Casey they kept us informed and in the loop. thank you again.

Before panic set in after selling our home so quickly in Emmett, ID, we called Rolly and told him we were inbound to Lewiston to start the process of finding a new home! He personally handled lining up repair people and ensuring the work was done, after the inspection. Rolly Phillips did an outstanding job as our realtor. First of all he and his assistant Alicia were always available to answer a question or show us a house. They asked us what we were looking for and they listened to our response. Immediately, the home choices that they sent to us started matching many, if not all of our needs. This was a better realtor experience than we had previously at another business where the homes we were taken to didn't match what we had said we were looking for in Lewiston. Rolly was helpful throughout the process and if we had a question, it was answered quickly and correctly. There were a few bumps in the road to navigate as we searched for a house that was right and Rolly and Alicia were there to make it the smoothest path possible. Rolly was honest in his opinions of houses that we looked at and never tried to downplay our concerns. He sometimes pointed out things that we hadn't considered such as "do you think there is enough room for parking your boat?" which was a good point. We looked at a lot of houses and I'm pretty sure he would have showed us a hundred more if that's what it took. We ended up with the perfect house.
