Seller reviewWe had been debating on selling our home for the last year. I contacted Rolly last summer, he came to our house. He went though our home and he gave us a list of things we needed to complete before we listed. I really liked that Rolly brought in the other agents in the office, to walk through our house. He took the input from the other agents plus comps, and we settled on an asking price. We had multiple offers the next day, and negotiated a selling price slightly over asking price, within a couple of days. Very happy with the outcome. I was anxious to complete the sale before the elections, Rolly was very patient and understanding, between Rolly and his assistant Casey they kept us informed and in the loop. thank you again.
