He is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining each step in the process. I felt he was actively working hard to get the best price. He personally handled lining up repair people and ensuring the work was done, after the inspection. I live 2 hours away and it would have been very difficult for me to take care of without Rolly's help. I would recommend Rolly to anyone looking to buy or sell! He's the Best!

What I liked about Rolly was when I had a question or property I wanted to look at, he got back with me fast and promptly and found information on the property. He was there when I needed him and if wasn't availiable he gave me Alisha phone # and she would get me the information I needed. Rolly went above and beyond to make my house buying experience a pleasant one. The staff always greeted me with a hello how are doing and how may we help you.
