Buyer reviewOne of my classmates told me about his experience using Ron to purchase a home in Virginia, and Ron's passion and energy was evident from the first call. He coached us through every step of the way, was able to pull some magic that only he could, and we are closed on the property before we ever PCS, making the transition that much smoother. Ron is the definition of a trustworthy and motivated agent who knows how to care for his clients. This experience has been by far the best my wife and I have had. This is the second property we have bought and Ron exceeded expectations. I couldnt say enough good things about Ron and would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know moving to the area.

This was now our 2nd house purchased sight unseen from across the country and there was an astronomical difference in experience working with Ron vs our previous agent. At times he drove over an hour to look at houses for us. In a market that often had homes sell before ever hitting the market, he got in and viewed several homes for us before they hit the market and kept us competitive. 10/10 recommend. I've already recommended him to several friends who have purchased homes with Ron.

Buyer reviewPCSing across the country is hard enough and purchasing a home in the DMV adds some complexity, but Ron and Sam were able to help us navigate it with precision and a structured flow. Sam worked relentlessly on our mortgage loan, and Ron pounded pavement to make sure we saw every house as soon as it hit the market. Not only did we get the home we wanted, but Ron is handling lawn care, contractor work, and security installation in our absence. Ron and Sam know how to make a PCS a little less stressful and we are thankful for that!

When I found out that my next assignment was going to take me to MD, I knew I had to give him a call and that he'd take care of us. He went above and beyond for us ensuring all our needs were met. He kept us focused and educated on what a competitive deal looks like so when we found the house we wanted we could strike fast and hard to lock it down. When we had questions he always worked diligently to get us answers and would admit if he was ever less than 100% sure about something. The convenience of having both the real estate agent and loan officer in the same house can't be overstated. We purchased the house sight unseen with absolute confidence in our decision because they were so thorough, fast, and realistic. They should be your first choice when looking to purchase a house in Virginia or Maryland!
