From day one, Ron was straightforward, easy to talk to, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right home-not just any home. Ron was always reachable. He made us feel like a priority and never left us waiting for answers. If we wanted to see a house, he made it happen-every single one. And on top of that, he constantly brought us additional options we wouldn't have found on our own. Ron got us repeat showings whenever we needed a second look. He was incredibly attentive during walkthroughs, catching details we overlooked and pointing out things that would matter down the line. It always felt like he was looking out for us. He understood not only the type of home we wanted, but also how each neighborhood and layout would impact our daily lives and our kids' lives. If you want a realtor who's down-to-earth, responsive, and fully invested finding the right home, we can't recommend Ron enough!

During our process he provided accurate info re the requirements and timelines of a sale, and useful guidance when various players made "unforced errors," enabling us to close on time. The sales price we achieved with Ron's help was 8% higher than suggested by competing brokers, achieved in less than one month during the autumn. All in all, a terrific co-pilot in the process!
