From our initial walkthrough via Zoom and weekly updates, to managing the home prep and listing details with my tenants at the property, organizing a deck renovation and arborist work, to clearing 21 violations with my brutal HOA, they were a blessing as I sold from out of state. At times he drove over an hour to look at houses for us. Sam worked relentlessly on our mortgage loan, and Ron pounded pavement to make sure we saw every house as soon as it hit the market. Not only did we get the home we wanted, but Ron is handling lawn care, contractor work, and security installation in our absence. Ron and Sam know how to make a PCS a little less stressful and we are thankful for that!
