I appreciate that Ronnie agreed to take on my case as it was a last minute decision on my part to try to sell my mom's house prior to the foreclosure date on 6/10/22. He told me step by step what I needed to do-he provided lawyer firm names so I could start the probate, he provided info about house cleaners, junk removal people, yard clean-up, etc. He was good natured and informative throughout the difficult process and made things just happen. He never seemed impatient with some of my dumb questions (I've never done this before). He always answered all my questions patiently and kindly.
