Seller reviewI met Rosa through church and knew I could trust her to handle a very personally and financially important issue for me and my family. This was a problematic process - I wasn't selling my own property, I was selling my mom's condo for her so that was stressful in itself. Then the first buyer and his agent were quite difficult and ended up flaking out of the deal, but Rosa stayed upbeat and calm through the whole thing, and kept me calm and upbeat too!

She knows our taste and needs and has always been there for us in every crazy situation we were going through. A terrific professional whose experience over the years helps us meander through the buying and selling process in different economic times. In times as we are going through these days with low inventory it is difficult to be sure you are offering enough to be competitive with other offers. She certainly helped us get through them and helped us find a lender that could make it happen in 30 days which was critical to us as well as the sellers We would always recommend Rosa very highly.
