Rose is the best. Can't say enough good about her.

The purchase of my new home was not a typical transaction as I lived 3 hours away from the home I was purchasing. Even so, Rose helped me every step of the way, and she always made herself available to me when I had questions, or actions that needed to be taken. For example, Rose helped me get the roof certification required by my insurer. She single-handedly got me signed-up with the Company that rented the water softening system the previous Owners had used. Rose helped to get a Notary to come to my home, as I was unable to attend the Closing, and my computer was causing me problems so I couldn't use online signing systems (e.g., Docusign). When available, Rose always took my calls. And, she always returned my calls when she was not available to take them at the time. It is primarily from these very helpful acts that I would not hesitate to recommend Rose Sons Zuchetto. They make the important point that Rose goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Rose is so easy to work with. Always have great visits after getting business taken care of. We feel she's the best.

Rose went over and above what I would expect a realtor to do for a person. My heat had went out, until I could get a repairman into fix furnace, she personally put a heater in basement so waterpipes wouldn't freeze. We were expecting some bitterly cold weather. I was not able to be at the house I was selling to take care of anything. She made sure my house was safe. I would recommend Rose Zuchetto to anyone buying or selling a house.

Rose did an excellent job getting a quick sale and good/fair price for the property. We needed to be able to sell quickly and also get a fair price for Medicaid. I was very suprised in the first week we had gotten 3 offers. Rose developed a good stategy and we were able to negociate quickly with a cash buyer.

Rose was exceptionally informative, helpful , accessible and easy to work with. Would highly recommend her.
