Rose has the patience of a saint. We first looked at this property in January (I think, maybe December?) of last year. We came across the house before we were ready to sell the home we occupied. She was able to negotiate an extended contract to allow us the time needed to finish the remodel of our previous home, Then CoVid crashed into everyone's lives which had me extremely fearful for the successful sale of our previous home and the ability to finance this home with the markets twisted around. She kept my entire family sane as we finished our remodel and listed it for sale. Rose's knowledge of the area, lenders, surveyors, etc is fantastic. Experience matters and she was perfect for our situation. I saved her voicemail informing me that the seller accepted our offer and I plan to hang onto that for years to come.

Have known broker for several years and knew I could talk to her easier about my wants and needs. This is the second time I have used Rosie, she was my broker selling my first house several years ago and she also was the agent for my nephew selling and buying his new home recently. She does an excellent job.
