We had looked at a couple houses with her and some others with other agents, and her knowledge of the area, process, and her willingness to work with us to understand our needs made us feel right at home with her. She also did a great job of working with the other realtor to learn about the area and obtain local professionals to take care of some issues that were holding up the buying process. Since she's not from the area, this was integral to the success of this purchase! Rosie communicated with us at every step of the way - she was available through all channels, including text, call, and email, and the software she used to get the paperwork signed was so easy and accessible for me on my phone and computer. She was always kind and understanding with us, and did everything she could to make this a positive experience for us. We are so grateful we had her as our broker.
