She was always available to show us what we wanted ,and always had a great schedule set up. Buyer reviewWe loved how awesome she is with our children. She purchased little gifts for the kids to entertain them while we toured homes and our children grew to love Rosemary as an aunt. This was so important as we don't have local family to watch them and it was reassuring we knew bringing the kids wasn't an issue! She is very sweet and kind and SO patient (as we looked at well over 150 homes probably!) I would highly recommend her to families with small children especially. I can't imagine seeing houses with a realtor that my children were intimidated by (and sometimes that happens with tall men with deep voices!) She was honest and practical. We didn't feel she was was about a sale; we felt she really wanted to find us our forever home! And since I am writing this I am happy to say SHE DID! YAY! Thank you so much Rosemary! It was a long road but a good one! With a very happy ending!

Rosemary kept me informed at each stage of the sale and "held my hand" through a few of the steps. Very patient, friendly and professional agent. I strongly recommend her to all. Initial presentation very concise and addressed my concerns with the market in this area. all calls returned promptly, if not answered immediately. Very patient with me at all stages I have referred Rosemary & Frick Realtors to many people as I was totally satisfied with this experience House was under contingent contract quickly, follow up by Rosemary very professional, kept me informed at all stages of sale.
