Rosey Padua is an Associate Broker that strives to inform and educate her clients by assisting them with all of their real estate needs. Rosey comes from a legacy of top earning real estate professionals. By interweaving tried and true values with new and adaptable knowledge Rosey is able to connect and relate well with her clients. She knows that when making one of the most important decisions in their life, people want a dedicated professional in their corner to guide and support them.

Rosey held the top processor title in her previous role as a mortgage loan processor. Her mother is a retired real estate agent with 30+ years of real estate experience. Rosey strives to be one of the most knowledgeable real estate agents in the area.

Rosey has studied at the University of South Florida and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Rosey is licensed to practice real estate in both Florida and New Mexico.

When not working with buyers and sellers, Rosey is a freelance filmmaker, actor and stuntwoman. She is breaking into the film & tv industry right here in Albuquerque, NM. She loves to venture New Mexico and support local restaurants and participate in the many community events around the city.
