Roshard was really helpful and communicative over the entire home-buying process. He kept me updated on every progress and swiftly returned my calls and emails. We had some past credit challenges that we thought would be impossible b for us to buy right now but he referred us to a lender that was able to help make our home buying process possible. He called, he encouraged us not to give up. He explained every process. He was there every step of the way. I will definitely refer him and we would use him again. Got the best deal set and sealed for my family and I. Life improved drastically after securing this home and moving in. Working within 20 minutes of home rather than 1h30m is a blessing. I'm truly appreciative and highly impressed with Roshard's knowledge of the area and professionalism all around. Most importantly though, his dedication to success while on my team.
