Roxann Bain
Roxann Bain has been licensed over 20 years. Licensed in 2004 as an Associate Broker she practiced Real Estate Sales full time while raising her boys. In 2008 she became the Owner and Qualifying Broker of Century 21 Black Gold. Throughout her real estate career she has sold over $125 million dollars in Real Estate. She is driven by the excitement of the negotiating process and the prospect of making her clients money.
Roxann specializes in Agriculture, Water rights within the Pecos Valley, Land and Land division and Residential and New Construction. "Our original name was Home Planning because we represented almost all the new construction in the area." Today she still works with Builders and Developers alike.
She is dedicated to her profession daily and strives to be on the cutting edge of what is going on in our market and the trends of real estate nationally. "It's important to know our area's market as well as what is going on in the rest of the world. With oil and gas at the heart of our economy the national and world situations play a role in what is going on in our small town. We tend to follow the rest of the country's trends with a smaller swing in the economy. So watching the rest of the nation tells me what is to come down the road."
Roxann was born and raised in the Pecos Valley and has been active in the community since moving to Artesia in 1997. She serves on the Chamber Board among other organizations. She was raised in an Agriculture family which was her driving force behind her interest in land and water rights. She raised her boys in Artesia and loved every minute of it! She is married to John Bain and they are enjoying their empty nest phase filled with friends, golf and the second phase of their respective careers. "When I sold Century 21 to Randi Juarez I thought I would be winding down a bit, little did I know I would enter a phase of selling more real estate than ever and loving every minute of it! Having time to focus on my customers and helping them make smart investment decisions has let me use the knowledge I've amassed over the years in my own investments. It is so fun being able to see people start their real estate investment goals and fulfill them as they grow their portfolios."
