Both of them are married and one has moved out of state. I recently became a Grandpa to a very beautiful little girl, Noa. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Wesleyan College and served in the Morehead City Police Department for 12 years before moving to Jacksonville. In 1995, I opened The Shepherd's Shoppe, Christian Book Store. Through the book store, I served retail customers in Jacksonville for ten years. In 2005, I discovered the joy of helping people buy a home. I sold The Shepherd's Shoppe and have since placed my full efforts in building a Real Estate business. In 2010, I sold over 7 MILLION dollars worth of property earning the Masters Diamond Award from Century 21. In order to better serve my customers, I have earned designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Professionally I served as President(2013) of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors. Throughout my professional career the one common thread has always been service before self. Seller reviewAs a real estate investor in Onslow County I have relied on Royce Bennett for about 15 years with multiple real estate projects. He has never let me down and he has given me some great advice that helped me be successful. One time he even talked me out of buying a property which cost him a commission but kept me from making a bad investment decision. For my most recent sale he found the perfect buyer to be on the other side of a win-win contract. He smoothed out all the bumps in the road and we closed 6 weeks after the listing went live.
