Personal Profile
I am a native of the Northeast Tennessee area, born in Johnson City and residing in Kingsport for the past twenty years. I am dual licensed in Tennessee and Virginia, which allows more exposure to my buyer and seller clients.My father was a U.S. Navy veteran and my brother is retired from the U.S. Army. When I decided to make real estate a career, it was a natural transition to work with military families and veterans. In 2016, I received my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation from the National Association of Realtors. This intensive training has equipped me with the knowledge and tools needed to assist my military clients and their families. I consider it a privilege and an honor to assist those who have served our country.

Seller reviewThere is nothing more to say, Ruby was great. I had just lost my Dad, and had to get Mom into an assisted living residency. And I was coming from NC where I was taking care of my fiance, who had terminal lung cancer. She was so understanding, helpful, and great. I would recommend her to everyone, and Century 21 Legacy.

We could have been assigned a number of excellent agents, but fortunately, we were assigned the absolute best. Although it took us several months to decide on our new home, Ruby was always patient, understanding and helpful. Ruby was always quick to respond to our text or phone call. She was professional and stay on top of every detail, from start to closing. We consider Ruby a quality realtor, but more imporantly, a friend. We would definitely recommend Ruby Alexander and Centry 21 Legacy to anyone buying a home in the Tri-City area.
