I have been a Full time Realtor for over 20 years. I am experienced in residential resale, new and luxury homes, pre-foreclosure options, investment homes and land sales. I work with sellers and buyers, and I am experienced with short sales, REO's and investors. I have extensive training and knowledge gained from my many years in Real Estate. I have been appointed for over 7 years as a Special Real Estate Commissioner and handle 3-4 divorce/court appointed sales per year on average. References are available upon request.
