Seller reviewI met Ruthie Frederick socially and found her to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Three things that are of great importance in working with the public. And of course personality is important and she is well-liked. This was an estate home, that had been in the family 30+ years. Ruth Frederick did a fantastic job in getting us an 'as is' cash deal, above the asking price. Not only that but dealt with two heirs that we're not easily available at times, but Ruth Frederick held it together. What could have been a painful experience was made much easier due to the prompt, professional handling of my mother's estate. Thank you!
